The Young Global Leaders forum, established by the World Economic Forum, serves as a platform to identify and engage promising leaders under the age of 40 from various sectors globally.

The initiative aims to cultivate cross-sectoral collaboration and innovation, address pressing global challenges, and drive positive change. Being part of this forum offers members unique opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration with fellow young leaders each of whom is committed to making a difference. Additionally, it provides access to valuable resources, mentorship opportunities, and a platform to amplify their voices on critical issues impacting the world today. Members are also exposed to insights, skills, and connections to further build their leadership journeys, contributing to a more sustainable and equitable future.

In a recent interview with Newzroom Afrika, Judy said that “platforms like the forum of Young Global Leaders are there to guide the next generation of young leaders, dedicated to leading in an ethical and courageous way”.
