Nina Mary Kirabo

Nina holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Uganda Christian University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Law Development Centre in Uganda. She is a dedicated advocate for the rights of the girl-child and is committed to fostering a society that provides a safe and supportive environment for survivors while working to eradicate the stigma associated with survivors of sexual assault.

From an early age, her unwavering mission to champion the difficult yet essential conversations surrounding sexual offences against the girl-child has encouraged her to become actively involved in this conversation. She is also passionate about leadership and service.

For leisure, Nina enjoys engaging in culinary adventures and exploring diverse cuisines. Her love for food mirrors her appreciation for the intricacies of life. She is an avid reader and a firm believer that knowledge is the gateway to social change. She constantly seeks different perspectives and insights and is an enthusiastic traveller, eager to experience the myriad of cultures that this world has to offer. This wanderlust has opened her up to communities and practices, helping to shape her vision for a more compassionate society.

With her background, unwavering determination, and a heart full of compassion, Nina is positioned to be a catalyst for positive change in the fight for the rights of the girl-child and sexual assault awareness. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of dedication, courage, and the pursuit of justice.
