Adele is a qualified teacher and holds Honours degrees in Organisational Psychology and Educational Management from the North-West University (NWU). She completed my Masters’ degree in Social Sciences at the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2013 and have been working as a management consultant since then.

She currently resides in Vienna, Austria where she runs the consulting organisation she founded in 2017 called ACConsulting. As a HPCSA registered Organisational Psychologist, she focuses on delivering solutions to her clients in the fields of Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent Management, People Strategy design and Training.
