Cebile Tebele Mensele is currently completing her PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology with the University of South Africa. She is a senior Lecturer in the department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She has been involved in community engagement project focusing on providing career counselling and guidance to high school learners at a disadvantaged school in Atteridgeville, Pretoria.
