Ella Wilby is currently completing her Honours year during which she is contributing to and improving on the capabilities of the F# (F sharp) functional programming language. This is a relatively new programming language, first released in 2005, and as such is continuously being developed upon. What Ella produces during her research will be incorporated into the language itself. Following the completion of her degree, Ella intends to work in software development.
