Francois Becker
South Africa & University of Cape Town, 2015 Francois has finally received his preliminary results, and has passed his Masters with distinction. He and Tessa have moved back to Namibia (at least for now), and they are working at Gobabeb Research and Training Centre. He is doing research there and training students, and she is doing community work among the Topnaar people who live there. Francois has had the privilege of traveling to a couple of interesting locations around Southern Africa working on frogs and reptiles since, and made an exciting discovery in Zimbabwe in December last year.
