Frank is a legal professional with a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), majoring in Environment and Natural Resource law, International Law, and Diplomacy. His post-academic journey has been defined by an unwavering commitment to policy advocacy, particularly in the context of Uganda's environmental, social, and governance policies. Frank is the team leader and co-founder of the Greenery Environmental Research Centre Uganda, a youth think tank dedicated to rigorous environmental research, climate justice, and effective policy advocacy. His work reflects a forward-thinking approach, as he is deeply committed to being a part of the solution to the complex social and environmental challenges facing society. Community well-being and environmental sustainability lie at the core of Frank’s vision.
