My overall vision is to enhance the development of Zimbabwe and Africa to foster social democracy. My key interests are research, advocacy, financialization, and project management. To that end, I have developed core competencies in analytical and conceptual thinking, equity, environmental, governance, labour research. I hold bachelor's degrees in Political science (University of Zimbabwe) and Labour and Economic Sociology (University of Witwatersrand) and currently studying my Masters. My work experience is in civil society work, community organizing and academia.
