Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the African Leadership University, Rwanda and is also a Mastercard Foundation Scholar alumnus.

He is passionate about good governance, believing that sustainable solutions to Africa’s grand challenges lie in transparent and ethical leadership.

Lincoln’s academic and professional focus recently expanded to carbon trading, seeing it as a pivotal tool in mitigating climate change impacts across Africa. With Africa being one of the lowest carbon emitters yet bearing a disproportionate share of climate change effects, Lincoln has explored inclusive and equitable policies for carbon markets.

His undergraduate capstone project recommends frameworks to support small carbon entities and community-led projects in Kenya, aiming to improve access to benefits often limited under current regulations.

He is eager to explore this sector further and support the integration of carbon trading benefits into local African communities.

In his free time, Lincoln enjoys adventure and looks forward to hiking Table Mountain in Cape Town.
