Lindzy holds a Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Makerere University Business School in Uganda.

She is an education practitioner bridging the unemployment gap through soft skills training seeking to equip young people in underserved communities with work readiness skills in preparation for the workplace.

For 5 years, Lindzy led the training department at Boundless Minds, a social enterprise that contributed to the work-readiness of over 5,000 young people in Uganda, facilitating a 74% school-to-work transition and placement of young people into work, leadership and entrepreneurship.

She is the author of Out of Sight, a memoir about her primary boarding school journey.

She co-founded the Voices of Strength project, a peace building and storytelling initiative for victims of war, radicalisation and violent extremism, seeking actions of change.

Beyond her professional work, Lindzy is interested in storytelling, music and conversation that seeks to intentionally nurture relationships.
