Lorato Modongo is a Research Psychologist with interests on Knowledge Production, Social and Human Development, Social Psychology Research, and Gender Justice in Africa. She is also experienced and skilled in Psychometric Testing and Analysis, Talent Management, and qualitative research (Discourse analysis).

She is currently a Policy Officer with the African Union Centre for Girls and Women's Education in Africa, based in Burkina Faso.
