I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya specialising in corporate/commercial law practice. My key focus is on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, competition law, capital markets and intellectual property law.

I hold an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa (2017) as a Mandela Rhodes Scholar. I also hold a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B (Hons.) from Kenyatta University, Kenya (2015) and I am a Certified Public Secretary (CS) (2014).

I am passionate about corporate sustainability and responsible investment.
