Rose holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria.

She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN).

Rose worked with Deloitte Nigeria as a Human Capital Consultant, providing human capital solutions, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.

She is passionate about social development and believes that every child should have access to quality education, regardless of their economic background.

She co-founded the Isrina Schools, a low-cost institution in Ajegunle that provides educational support to children from low-income households.

Her community development work has been featured in reputable news outlets within and outside Nigeria such as The Guardian Life, DW News, and Premium Times.

Rose loves listening to music and savouring the flavours of African dishes while volunteering to support children and youth with essential learning resources.
