Siphesihle is a Junior Researcher at the Human Sciences Research Council. She is assisting in the achievement of contract and grant research earnings in her own research programme and the organisation at large. She is contributing to programme impact and networking at national and international academic conferences and other symposia. Siphesihle is also conducting qualitative and quantitative research around democracy, governance and service delivery and disseminating the research findings at conferences and via publications.
