I am currently working at the University of Northampton and the University of Buckingham as an Associate Lecturer in English Literature and a Visiting Lecturer in Academic Skills and English, respectively. I have recently published my first monograph, Recognition and Ethics in World Literature: Religion, Violence and the Human. I also continue my community involvement, particularly in supporting work with asylum seekers and food banks.
