Carl Jung once said that criticism has the power to do good when there is something that must be reduced, dissolved or destroyed, but it is capable only of harm when there is something to be built. Rimbilana strongly believes in the power of criticism and its role in introspection and development. She believes that in order to lead, one must introspect. In order to introspect, one must be honest with themselves and those around them. Leadership, entrepreneurship and reconciliation are cardinal pillars in her life and she aims to embody them daily. She also strongly believes in the power of animals and agriculture as a means of revolution: a method of self-actualisation that, if implemented with equity, fairness and with humanity, will ensure the economic and social emancipation of thousands. She hopes to lead this revolution with support from her family, friends, mentors, the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and most recently, the Mandela Rhodes Foundation.
